Our systems are 21st century but we don't employ robots to answer the phone, delivering a personal and human service to our customers. We maintain strong relationships with our logistics suppliers who match our pusuit of 'effortless' order satisfaction.
Léonor arrived in London having relocated from Paris over ten years ago to begin a degree in print media. She worked her way up to become Despatch Manager of a successful company in South East London while uncovering her talent for all things logistical. She soon discovered that shipping wine instead of POS materials was a far more interesting proposition and enjoys the daily challenge of keeping costs as low as possible while maintaining very high standards. Léonor enjoys being the office chief barista, with high in-house demand for her morning coffee, and excels in educating her fellow employees in all manner of colourful French vocabulary.
Colin’s wine journey started in 1989 working part-time in a Wine Rack whilst studying at university, and it was here the seed was sown for his passion for all things vinous. He has worked for several wine companies since then, most recently spending 13 years at Lea & Sandeman in Chelsea before taking a career break to look after his baby son for a year and a half. Leaving the joys of Teletubbies, Bugaboos and dirty nappies behind, the bright lights of Armit tempted him back to employment and he began working for us in February 2017. When not at work, Colin spends most of his time running around after the aforementioned toddler, but with the odd free minute he also enjoys cooking, gardening and playing squash to an increasingly average level.
