For the second year Lustau has taken this quality approach a step further, releasing a wine from each of these cities “en...
The "3 en rama" wines comprise a Fino from Jerez, another from El Puerto de Santa María and a Manzanilla from Sanlúcar, each town located at an apex of the Sherry triangle. Manuel Lozano, Lustau’s oenologist, who has received recognition from the International Wine Challenge in London as “Best Fortified Winemaker” for the past five consecutive years, has selected one specific butt of each wine which will be bottled without even minimal filtration. Lustau is the only house able to offer wines from all three ‘sherry’ towns and this is a very rare Lustau opportunity to taste the influence of location and micro climate on wines in their ‘natural’ state.
This second release is limited and the wines are bottled straight from cask without fining, filtering or any other method of stabilisation, immediately before shipment. The wines will be shipped to order and should arrive late Spring.
