Inspired by Michael Seresin’s own connections and interests, the Seresin Estate are a new world winery with an old world approach - they are in no hurry when it comes to their wines. They let the wild yeasts that live in their vineyard ferment the grape juice into wine. Working this way takes a little more time, but achieves wines with added savouriness and with more mouth watering textures and flavours. They also show a unique sense of place. Seresin Estate let all their wines spend time in barrel or bottle before release. It's true what they say, good things come to those who wait.
