Different nose to its twin brother ¿ less floral, more coffee, even toffee notes! Very rich, textural and viscous on the palate ¿ plenty of glycerol and earthy minerality. Full bodied and grippy, with slightly medicinal notes to compliment the forest fruit compote flavours. The most reserved of all the 2005s at this stage, very broad shouldered and superbly refined with chalky minerality. The finish is monumental ¿ outstanding potential. Drink from 2013 ¿ 2030+

About the 2022: Yields are down by between 15% and 30%, depending on the grape variety and exposure. Despite the maturation levels of the grapes, the results were exceptional, and the wines offer great structure and excellent aromatics.
