Tasting Notes

The fruit for the ESP ?reserve cuvee? Cabernet is mainly sourced from vines dating back to 1949. Black fruit aromas with black olives and earthy notes. Dense black fruits, cassis and chocolate on the palate with a touch of mint. Good concentration, bright acidity and firm chewy tannins. Structured, rich and still youthful.
