Tasting Notes

White peach and honeysuckle on the nose but on the palate there is more nerve and tension, the terroir asserting itself. As you work the wine, it shows extra levels of dry extract and minerality, finishing sappy and chewy, asking for a little more time. All the ingredients are here. Drink from 2014.
