Brilliant straw green appearance. Remarkable Sauvignon Blanc aromas of cassis blossom, litchi and lime. Subtle creamy lees characters create an inviting base note to the wine. The palate is superbly balanced by concentrated acidity, firm, chalky structure and a thrilling, intense finish.
