A South African take on a classic Bordeaux blend; Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot all make an appearance here. Cedar and pencil shavings on the nose hint at the large proportion of Cabernet Franc in the blend whilst soft blackberry and cassis provide the ripe fruit to this savoury streak. The palate is driven by cassis and mulberry but with a graphite minerality and subtle oak influence that provide real complexity and depth.

The grapes for this elegant rosé were handpicked in the early hours of the morning from selected vineyards on the Helshoogte and Helderberg Mountain. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc juice, this unique Rosé displays flavours of ripe strawberries, cassis and candyfloss with a juicy, crisp and dry finish.
