Reviews & Scores

It has a mixture of white flowers, aniseed and morel mushrooms. These wines are directed for fans of traditional Jura wines, as they all have a subtle jaune character; if you don’t know what to expect, you might find the character too oxidative, but if you’re looking for it, it’s beautifully done. Nicole likes 2012 as a nice and accessible vintage. Me too! Precise, straight, fine and great in its category.

TASTING NOTES

The Bourgogne Blanc, which had completed its malo by springtime, is already in bottle and offers good fruit weight and mid-palate density but plenty of freshness too. The nose is pure and floral and the wine bounds along energetically, with a crisp, well-defined finish suggesting versatility, equally at home on its own as with simple foods. Drink from 2014.

This elegant wine boasts rich aromas of honey and peaches, along with a distinctive salty-savory note, which is a proper expression of our vineyards and terroir. The palate is fresh and lively...
