Pale, bright straw-yellow. Cumin, curry powder and white pepper accent aromas of white stone fruits and spiced apple on the inviting, high-toned nose. Supple, pliant and concentrated, offering refined, bone-dry flavors of ripe stone fruits, apple and spices. Really carries on the finish, spreading out to saturate the palate and energize the taste buds. And built to reward some aging.

Light golden wheat colour. Layered expressions of citrus and tropical fruit with subtle layers of honey and almonds in the background. Balanced and superbly structured, the flavours are complimented by a delicate minerality.

Tasting Notes

The grapes for this elegant rosé were handpicked in the early hours of the morning from selected vineyards on the Helshoogte and Helderberg Mountain. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc juice, this unique Rosé displays flavours of ripe strawberries, cassis and candyfloss with a juicy, crisp and dry finish.
