Rich aromas of cassis and spice with intense liquorice and blackberry flavours on the palate and fine, lingering tannins.
Reviews & Scores
(14.5% alcohol): Bright, saturated dark red. Aromas of cassis, graphite, licorice and menthol are lifted by some peppery herbal high notes. At once fine-grained and juicy, offering flavors similar to the aromas. Nicely sweet wine but with the acidity and restraint--not to mention the flavor depth--to reward aging. Finishes firmly tannic, even a bit tight, with a spicy element.

This is defined by a ripe but very fresh core of red currant, plum and raspberry coulis flavors supported by polished structure and backed by a light savory echo for nuance on the finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.
