Crafted only in very tiny quantities and when conditions allow from top quality berries affected by noble rot. Le Mont’s quintessential grace and poise is in abundance here. Deep, complex and elegantly fresh with a core of wild honeysuckle, orange blossom and softly caramelised apple and pear. The texture is full and complete; a sinewy, smoky quality combines with richness from the botrytis playing perfect harmony to crisp, spiced citrus notes. The 2015 Le Mont 1ere Trie is undoubtedly a mythical wine from an unparalleled vineyard and vintage.
