Drinking 2019-2025A restrained nose with subtle floral notes leads to an intense, textural minerality with delicious savoury wet stone depths and a delightful smoky lift. The delicate green apple and kiwi fruit shows density and length, though it is yet to unleash its full aromatic power. The finish is long, mineral driven and saline. This is a wine with a lot to give. Drink from 2019.
