Notes of lime and orange blossoms abound alongside stony, nuanced mineral. There is a fullness here that is finely balanced by a graceful, delicate mint and sage freshness.  This Clos du Bourg Demi Sec treads like a tightrope walker between citrus acidity and the sweet florals of honeysuckle.  Complex and incredibly fine, this wine was made in minute quantities.  What it lack for in quantity it more than makes up for in class.
