Deep salmon pink in colour with scents of wild strawberries and floral notes. A richly textured and creamy palate with an abundance of strawberry, raspberry and cherry fruit flavours with mouthwatering, citrus acidity to balance.

The vineyards are situated in the Vallee de la Marne in the heart of Pinot Meunier country. The 45 acres of vineyards are tended to using sustainable viticultural practices and are spread throughout the small towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil & Azy-Sur-Marne.

Pinot Meunier accounts for 80% of the plantings, with 15% Chardonnay and the remaining 5% Pinot Noir. With an annual production of only 150-180,000 bottles, they are a boutique family owned and run Champagne House where tradition and knowledge have been passed down through the generations over centuries.

The family's focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else; the outstanding champagnes that they produce reflect their commitment, knowledge and passion.

Beautifully pure, floral nose. On the palate a racy, energetic feel with nuances of stonefruit, acacia, brioche and underlying minerality. Lovely purity and vitality run like a vein through the wine, which has a long, crisp, slighty nutty finish. Exemplary Blanc de Blancs and great apéritif style.

Golden in colour with fine bubbles. Rich scents of biscuit, brioche, honey, yellow plum, grapefruit and butter. Citrus, plum and grapefruit flavours on the palate with zesty lemon peel, notes of honey and yeast, all underpinned with mouthwatering acidity. Elegant, fruity and rich, with a very long length.
