Although it's showing the density and commanding presence of a Grand Cru, it's still quite shy with savoury notes of dried ginger and a spicy finish.

Closed and Retrained, with a solid, rich dark fruit character and a hint of mediterranean notes. The palate is mineral and firm, with a real sense of place and the authority of a grand cru.
