The Faithful Hound brand has been extended to include this Semillon-dominated Bordeaux white blend (with 43% Sauvignon Blanc). A mix of Elgin and Franschhoek grapes, it was fermented in 500 litre oak. Pink grapefruit, fresh herbs and vanilla sweetness combine appealingly here. Drink: 2015-18 Score: 93 Points Tim Atkin
