Peace of Eden comes from two low-yielding vineyards on the Eastern facing slopes of the Barossa Ranges. Crystalline purity is the hallmark of this Riesling whose bright citrus-lime fragrance leads to a palate that is dazzlingly crisp and full of Granny Smith apple, pithy lemon and flecked with subtle petrol notes.
