Bright yellow with greenish tints. On the nose, prevalence of white flowers and notes of cut grass evolve in mineral tones. Fresh and persistent in the mouth. Perfect for aperitifs, crustacea, raw fish, white meats and fresh cheeses, as well as with vegetable based first courses.

A very sophisticated Grand Village blanc. Really impressive. Plenty of concentration and intensity yet fresh, lively and vibrant. Driving mineral core and an impressively long finish. This offers astonishing value.

Pure, focused wine with a delicacy of structure, finishing crisp and dry. Stonefruit and pear flavours dominate, followed by some light citrus. Will age gracefully over the next six years. Great as an aperitif, with shellfish and seafood, pâtés, poultry, pork and light game as well as creamy mushroom or egg dishes.

Peace of Eden comes from two low-yielding vineyards on the Eastern facing slopes of the Barossa Ranges. Crystalline purity is the hallmark of this Riesling whose bright citrus-lime fragrance leads to a palate that is dazzlingly crisp and full of Granny Smith apple, pithy lemon and flecked with subtle petrol notes. A delicious, sinewy Riesling that deserves some serious attention.
