Tasting Notes

Attractive lemon and stone fruit aromas with elegant, refreshing gooseberry and lime fruit flavours. Still quite restrained and discreet but there is a wonderful persistence of flavour and a mouthwatering acidity which gives lift and definition. This wine has great potential and will age superbly over the next decade. Drink 2015 - 2025

Composed of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon, and in need of 8-10 years of cellaring, this is one of the most backward dry whites of the vintage with unbelievable minerality and personality.
