Tasting Notes

Always a very aromatic and attractive wine, the 2012 has more weight than the previous vintage with a long mineral finish. On the nose, delicate raspberry and redcurrant notes play over darker savoury and exotic spice characters. The palate is flowing and energetic showing succulent tannins with hints of sweet herbs and
lavender. Although it will be delicious in a few years it has the capacity to age for a long time. Drink from 2016.
