The fruit concentration is in evidence here, with yellow plums and crunchy apple notes on show today. The lightest of caramel notes also contributes- a pleasing counterpoint to the sharper fruits. On the finish, the wine is dry and zesty and with a further winter in cellar ahead of it before bottling, bound to develop into a beauty come bottling in the spring. Drink from 2015.
