Tasting Notes

A blend of 64% Sauvignon Blanc and 36% Semillon, this is the best Grand Village Blanc we have ever tasted. The aromas are persistent and refreshing with complex notes of white flowers and lively citrus fruits with just a hint of elegant spice. Mouthwatering lemon and lime flavours on the palate mingle with delicate floral characters and a lovely chalky minerality which gives great length and depth. Drink this deliciously refreshing wine from release to 2020
