Tasting Notes
A classic Chablis to be drunk fresh and young. Lively citrus and green apple aromas with a delicate mineral note are followed by refreshing flavours of lemon and lime with hints of toast and honey and a delicious, mouthwatering acidity. Sébastian Dampt's 2011 vintage will be a beautiful accompaniment to all types of fish and shellfish. While made to be drunk now, this Chablis will be at its best until 2014.
Reviews & Scores
Here the nose offers up a pretty combination of green fruit, pear and soft floral hints that introduce textured,
delicious and energetic flavors that conclude in a persistent and intensely saline finish that displays hints of quinine and bitter
lemon. A competent villages. 2016+
Score: 88 Points
