Tasting Notes

This is a very charming and delicately balanced wine with a floral bouquet of roses and sweet strawberries followed by an elegant palate with delicate tannins and flowing, fresh acidity. The most significant vineyards are located on high exposed slopes to the south of the village which contributes to its breezy fruit qualities and while it will be appealing young, this Chambolle will age well for a further five years. Drink from 2015.

Reviews & Scores

Fragrant and floral. Delicate on the palate, and veering dangerously close to being thin. Subtle, suppressed palate. Doesn?t leave a very strong impression.
Score: 16.5 Points
