Tasting Notes

This Corton is quite subtle on the nose but on the palate it really hits its stride with a great concentrated core of stone fruit, slight tropical hints as well as the classic minerally savouriness of Corton. The development continues on the back palate showing more spicy flavours such as a touch of ginger. This is a wine that will benefit from cellaring to fully integrate all of the elements and show its full potential. Drink from 2015.
