Tasting Notes

Grassy and floral with spicy lift. Stone fruits and lemon flesh. This is taut, intense and long with excellent concentration, direction and drive. The ripe fruit which is characteristic of Zotzenberg is perfectly balanced by surging minerality and crisp, bright acidity. This will reward cellar time but is already lovely to drink and I wouldn?t hesitate to decant and drink with food.

Gravelly Meadow is Diamond Creek’s...
