Tasting Notes
Produced from equal parts of old Pinot Noir and Gamay vines, there is an impressive level of fruit on the nose with a lovely touch of sweet spice and savouriness. The palate displays a good mix of red and darkberries supported by a good structure of fine tannins and refreshing acidity resulting in a surprisingly complex experience and a long finish.
