Tasting Notes

A blend of 70% Syrah with 15% Mourvedre and 15% Grenache, the 2013 Puech Noble is rich and spicy on the nose with hints of lavender and dried flowers. On the palate, juicy dark fruit flavours are underlined by refreshing redcurrant and cassis characters. Notes of leather and a seasoning of black pepper on the finish add depth and complexity. A delicious and truly expressive wine, it is perfect for drinking now. A perfect partner to paprika spiced lamb on the barbeque.
