The Gaisberg vineyard is considered one of the best of the entire region owing to its South Easterly exposure. On the nose this starts out with a wave of citrus that becomes increasingly impressive with marzipan and peach. The wine’s voluminous body rapidly releases the fruit, the residual sugar perfectly offsetting its acidity. With an attractively lingering aftertaste, the wine displays high drinkability and a classic varietal character. This is a perfect match for seafood.
