Drinking 2018-2025“Pale yellow. Complex, laid-back nose offers hints of yellow peach, thyme and flowers. Densely packed and sweet, with lively stone fruit flavors lifted by an herbal element and nicely framed by harmonious acidity. This is carrying close to 14% alcohol but does not come across as heavy owing to its buffering dry extract. Intensely flavored and very well done. The crop level here was just 37 hectoliters per hectare owing to the dry July and the smaller grapes, noted Lydie Boillot.”
