A brand new Cru, of just 1800 bottles,, we have just a handful of cases available. This wine is a labour of love, made from carefully selected 100 year old vines and vinified in French oak vats, allowing for a long skin maceration which has helped to develop an intense texture, which still crackles with minerals and spice. Lemon peel, thyme, sage and flint all vie for attention supported by a creamy richness from the subtle oak. Very impressive, surely to become a collector’s must-have.
