Tasting Notes

Spiced apples, and a smoky, chalky minerality leads to an attractive, flighty palate with creamy, green apple, spring blossom and jasmine which is enhanced by a fresh, crisp acidity. There is an ethereal character to the wine which does nothing to detract from the attractive length. Drink from 2019.
