Tasting Notes

A wine with great intensity and impressive length, it has an expressive bouquet showing green apples and spring flowers. The palate is youthful and energetic with concentrated flavours and a firm mineral structure which suggests great ageing potential. Exposed to cold winds on the Aloxe-Corton side of the hill, this wine has impressive energy and depth. Drink from 2021.

TASTING NOTES

“A darker, more structured Barolo than his sibling, Prapo’ is an incredibly pure expression of the terroir of Serralunga. Precise notes of red and black berries, forest floor and dark spices are framed by tight woven tannins and lively freshness. An exciting release that has the potential to be enjoyed for the next 10 years.” Armit Wines

TASTING NOTES

“Taut, elegant, ethereal expression of Nebbiolo. A purebred Barolo that entices with notes of red fruits, meadow flowers and just hints of Italian leather and spices. Already approachable, Cerretta will be a sure joy to revisit in five to ten years.” Armit Wines
