2/3 whole cluster and 40% new oak gives it a brightness and perfumed vivacity of red fruit on the nose. On the palate crunchy cranberries come to the fore, the flavours are full and generous, filling the mouth. These are amplified by the substantial tannic structure and balancing acidity. Needs a bit of time to soften, drink from 2023.
