The Haut Lieu Sec opens with inviting aromas of yellow pear-skin, hints of preserved lemon and green herbs, with a white flower fragrance. This cool freshness follows onto the palate, giving way to yellow plum and crunchy green apple alongside slate and chalk elements. A bright, crisp and very elegant Haut Lieu Sec.
