Tasting Notes

Subtle but concentrated cherry fruit nose with savoury, minerally top notes. With aeration, more lift, and perfumed cherry fruit, but still very shy. Completely closed on the palate but with a layer of long powdery tannins and sappy acidity. Very embryonic.

TASTING NOTES

"Bussia is the most mineral of Claudio’s wines. Enticing notes of red cherry, liquorice, coffee and spice become increasingly fragrant and floral with aeration. Finely integrated tannins frame the supple texture of the palate." Armit Wines

Perfumed and floral, with delicate touches of wild raspberry, liquorice and earthy notes of truffle and dried herbs. Very enticing, but give it time to open up.
