This wine displays the greatest reduction of the 3 Single Vineyards and will need a bit more time to fully develop. The bouquet shows strong lime fragrance and is very concentrated. Flavours of citrus and green apple are to fore with a strong, zippy core of acidity, this is already very moreish and will be terrific.
