Medium-bodied with white peach, gooseberry and citrus flavours, and a dry mineral finish. Very enjoyable when young and fresh, will age gracefully with careful cellaring. Perfect with fresh, leafy green salads, seafood of all types and dishes with lifted, aromatic herbs.
