"A new red blend of 50% Garnacha with 50% Cariñena, the 2019 Pas de Deux Coreografia was inspired by the love of winemaker Tatjana Peceric for dance. The grapes were sourced from 50- to 60-year-old vines at 700 meters in altitude in the village of Cornudella del Montsant that are in the process of being certified in biodynamic farming. Half of the volume fermented in amphorae and the rest in stainless steel, always with indigenous yeasts, and it matured in those vessels for six moths before it was bottled. The wine is surprisingly fresher than 2018. Cornudella and Siurana are the coolest villages of Montsant." 94 Points, Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate
