Domaine de la Genillotte has been producing Chablis since 1972. The family behind it, the Depuydts, remain fiercely dedicated to the traditional side of the region. They have never experimented with oak, shun Premier and Grand Cru vineyards and aim to show the purest expression of its soils. Located in the village of Lignorelles in the north-west of Chablis, The domaine has 16 hectares run by the current generation David Depuydt.
