At Joaquin, purity, vintage and terroir expression are favoured over a house-style. Started by Raffaele Pagano in 1999, the project’s production is fragmented by design: each vineyard produces only one wine with the aim of showcasing the best Irpinia has to offer. The estate has quickly gained a cult following amongst wine lovers. The wines of Joaquin are stellar and cerebral, combining complexity and elegant minerality.
