The most recent of the Dauvissat domaines in Chablis, Domaine Agnès and Didier Dauvissat released its first vintage in 1989. It now covers 10 hectares, with parcels in Petit Chablis, Chablis village, and the premier cru Beauroy. Their son, Florent, now runs the estate, crafting vibrant, zesty, and distinctly mineral Chablis. Despite being a relatively recent producer, the domaine is already gaining recognition for its pure expressions of Chardonnay.
