The Dönnhoff family have been producing wines in the Nahe area for more than 300 years. Turning it from agricultural land to excellent vineyards sites and making a successful transition from just 4 hectares of land to over 20 hectares of excellent quality vines. 80% of the vineyards compromise of Riesling whilst the rest is made up of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris varieties
This is now one of the best vineyard sites in Germany with Robert Parker commending Dönnhoff’s talents and his “fanatical commitment to quality, and a remarkable natural talent for winemaking"
