Tasting Notes

A mid-weight Clos de la Roche with the masculinity and wildness that one expects in Morey St Denis but with the polish and refinement that shows that we are firmly in Grand Cru territory. On the palate, there is an initial creaminess but that soon gives way to heightened minerality and a fine, spicy finish with plenty of energy.
