The story behind the single vineyard re leases of Trapiche is incredibly uplifting and so are the wines themselves. This is one of the most important wineries in Argentina and it is heart-warming to see that they contribute significantly to their local viticultural heritage. Every year, the winery produces single vineyard Malbecs from the best local growers in the region.  The wines are tasted blind in order to avoid any bias and the three best are given their own bottlings and bear the premium Trapiche name.
