A childhood dream finally becoming a reality – that’s what Davide Fregonese realised when he set up Bugia Nen. With the help of Davide Rosso, he found a few hectares in one of Barolo’s most prized terroir, Serralunga d’Alba and decided to embark on this new adventure. The particularity of Prapo’ and Cerretta make for tense, long-lived, pure expressions of Nebbiolo which are an incredible delight to unravel in the glass. Only on his second vintage, one can already see the realised potential of this superstar in the making.
