ProducerDomaine Laurent Cognard

The Cognard family originates from the Mâconnais, but Laurent, a local, always dreamed of settling here and founding his own domaine. After a roundabout route to securing the necessary funds, he acquired his first vineyards in 1997 and became a full-time vigneron in 2006, managing 5.5 hectares. Today, he oversees 18 hectares of vines across Loché, Montagny, and Mercurey, including 6.4 hectares in Montagny 1er Cru.
