Philippe Bouzereau is a 9^th generation producer in Meursault and is now run by brothers Charles and Philippe who took over from their father (also called Philippe ) in 2006. The estate spans 18 ha mainly around Meursault with a number of 1er crus and some reds. They use minimal intervention, sustainable viticulture with natural yeasts and ageing in barrel for 12-18 months, classic Burgundy.
