Cabernet, Drinking 2019-2025
This deeply intense Giusto is an intensely powerful wine with confident body and tannic structure. Layers of dark blackberry and exotic spices are accompanied by a dark cocoa depth. It is fierce but there is beautiful finesse to the tannins. The core of sweetness which marks Giusto out, every year, is out in force once again. This is unmistakable Tuscan Cabernet in a record vintage.
A tannic and firm wine with blueberry and cherry character, firm and silky tannins and a powerful finish. Solid. A blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot.
94-95 Points, James Suckling
